a slightly underwhelming stay
acceptable locationstale breaddry chicken
the location was acceptable. it was close to several attractions, so getting around wasn't a complete nightmare.
the room service was a joke. i ordered a club sandwich, it arrived two hours later looking like it had been assembled by a toddler. the bread was stale, the chicken was dry, and the whole thing tasted vaguely of despair.

i found the location excellent near the tram line. it made access to major attractions simple. the suites were spacious and included very comfortable beds. the provided linen felt super clean adding to the luxurious feel.
the gym did not have someone constantly monitoring the equipment usage.

the hotel is close to public transportation. it is easily accessible via the tram line. many eateries are also within walking distance. this location is quite safe and family friendly.

pretty charmed by my stay

I did like the proximity of the tram stop. It was very close. the free swimming pool was super. a equipped gym was available and i did use the turkish bath. i found that quite nice.
the hotel has strict rules about bringing in outside food or drinks. this felt limiting. it meant i always had to use the hotel's restaurant. that wasn't always what i wanted.

the breakfast buffet had nice options. i did find a good variety of food. the quality seemed high, with fresh ingredients and attentive service throughout the breakfast hours. a lot of choice made the mornings very pleasant.

The hotel offers a turkish bath and a large pool. the gym had several machines. i did like the available parking. this detail made arrival and departure smoother. That helped a lot especially with luggage.
